Gaga translates crazy, foolish, marked by wild enthusiasm : infatuated, doting. (according to Merriam-Webster dictionary).
In Philippines, the word gaga is like a sort of expression by ordinary millennial Filipino citizens whether they are straight girls, boys or even gays and lesbians.
The term does not connotes explicit language and or behavior but more of an expression.
