According to some reliable sources online, the official results of the Nursing Board Exam will be out today, January 23, 2014 but there is no definite time or the said date is accurate enough. We are still waiting from the official websiteof the PRC to release the results.
The Nursing Licensure Examination was conducted by PRC and the Board of Nursing last November 29 & 30, 2014. The PRC’s designated testing center of the November 2014 Nursing Board Exam are the following: Manila, Baguio City, Laoag, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Bacolod.
Although the PRC did not disclose the total number of examinees during the said exam, veteran entrepreneur and Nursing expert, Carl Balita stated that a total of 27,150 BSN graduates took the NLE in various testing centers nationwide.
The PRC’s Board of Nursing were composed of the following professionals: Carmencita M. Abaquin, Chairman; Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto.Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales, Members.
During the November 2014 NLE the examination consists of five parts namely: Nursing Practice I (Basic Foundation of Nursing and Professional Nursing Practice), Nursing Practice II (Community Health Nursing and Care of the Mother and Child), Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part A), Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part B) and Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part C).
