From Super Yolanda to TD Zoraida

A new form of Tropical depression forming in Visayas and Mindanao region after the super typhonn haiyan (yolanda) in the Philippines

A handful of provinces that were hit either by Yolanda or by the Visayas earthquake may have to brace for heavy rain within the next few days as Tropical Depression Zoraida is forecast to hit the Visayas-Mindanao area before noon on Tuesday. 

  

PAGASA weather forecaster Aldczar Aurelio reported to QRT that Bohol, southern Cebu, Negros provinces, northern Palawan are in the projected path of Zoraida, which may enter Surigao del Sur and Davao Oriental area at 11am if it maintains its speed of 30kph.

Parts of Bohol and Cebu were hit by the Visayas earthquake in October, while certain areas in Cebu, Palawan, and Negros provinces were slammed by Yolanda last week.
