INGREDIENTS:
- 750g beef mince
- one large brown oinion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- one tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce to taste
- 70g grams breadcrumbs
- one egg
- salt & pepper
- hamburger buns
- cheddar cheese
- ripe tomatoes
- iceberg lettuce leaves
Simply mix all these ingredients in a bowl. Tip: Chill patty in the refrigerator for at least 20 mins. Form a good amount of patty by hand. Heat up the oil in frying and cook the burger patties. Spread the buns with mayo and garnish with tomatoes and cucumber. Serve hot.
