Filipino-American rookie sensation Jordan Clarkson of the Los Angeles Lakers will visit the Philippines together with NBA legends Trey Burke of the Utah Jazz and Horace Grant of the Chicago Bulls as announced by NBA Philippines to celebrate the NBA playoffs with Filipino fans.

Aside from the three basketball stars, joining them in their visit to the Philippines are the Oklahoma City Thunder dance team, also known as the Thunder Girls and Charlotte Hornets mascot Hugo the Hornet.
In an official statement released to the media, Jordan Clarkson was quoted as saying “As a proud Fil-Am, I am really looking forward to my upcoming visit to the Philippines,” Jordan Clarkson said.
The Fil-Am basketball star who was named last week to the NBA All-Rookie First Team, also noted that “The Pinoy fans have been very supportive of me all year long, and I can’t wait to thank them in person,” added Clarkson.
The NBA Café Manila will host two NBA playoffs viewing parties for Filipino fans, showcasing the Western Conference Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Houston Rockets. Jordan Clarkson and Trey Burke will attend the viewing parties for Games 2 and 3, scheduled for May 22 and 24 in Manila while Horace Grant will attend the viewing party on Game 3.
