The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) on Saturday, May 23, 2015 or in a total of 38 working days after the last day of exam. According to PRC’s announcement a total of 12,103 elementary teachers out of 44,144 examinees (27.42%) and 17,904 secondary teachers out of 56,596 examinees (31.63%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.).
The PRC also released the List of Topnotchers (Top 10 Passers) for both the Elementary and Secondary Level of the examination. The LET Exam was conducted on March 29, 2015 by the Board of Professional Teachers headed by Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, Chairman; Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, Members.
Aside from the list of passers, list of topnotchers for the Elementary and Secondary Level, the PRC also released the Performance of Schools and Top Performing Schools which is now available below.
Topping the list of Top Performing Schools for the Elementary Level is the De La Salle University-Manila and University of the Philippines-Diliman with 100% passing rate.
For the Secondary Level, the University of the Philippines-Diliman dominated the list of top performing schools with an average of 95.24% or a total of 60 passers out of 63 examinees.
