Present during the contractsigning of the controversial host were GMA 7 chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon and other execs.
Willie Revillame’s transfer to the Kapuso Channel will not affect any programming schedules of GMA 7 as Lilybeth Rasonable, vice president for entertainment television group, clarified earlier that Revillame will be a blocktimer and his show with GMA 7 will not be produced by the station.
The host which is known for his antics during his previous noontime show became one of the most after-sought host among various TV stations for the past few years.
He already hosted “Wowowee” on ABS-CBN from 2005 to 2010, and as he transferred to TV5 he reincarnated the shows with new titles such as “Willing Willie,” Wil Time Bigtime” and “Wowowillie” from 2010 up to 2013.
