40th MMFF Awards 2014 Complete List of Winners
Organizers officially announced the best films for the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) in the awards night held at Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) , Pasay City ,December 27 on Saturday.
The MMFF kicked off Christmas Day, December 25, with the eight (8) entries competing for the 2014 MMFF major award categories such as best picture, best actor/actress and best director.
The official entries to MMFF 2014 are:
1. Bonifacio, Ang Unang Pangulo
2. English Only Please
3.Feng Shui 2
4. Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles 2
5. Magnum Muslim.357
6. My Big Bossing
7. Praybeyt Benjamin 2
8.Shake Rattle and Roll 15
The event is hosted by the Queen of All Media herself and "Feng Shui 2" possible bet for Best Actress Kris Aquino together with host-comedian and award winning actor Edu Manzano.
The awards night ceremony was opened by Father Larry Faraon with a solemn prayer.
